THE PLAN DISCARDS THE BARRIERS THAT IN THE PAST SEPARATED THE FINE ARTS FROM THE APPLIED FIELDS OF GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ADVERTISING - AND INSTEAD DEALS WITH THE TECHNIQUES USED BY A WIDER RANGE OF MAJOR IMAGE-MAKING PRACTICES IN PUBLIC PLACES.

THE LOCATIONS THAT WERE CHOSEN HAVE THE HIGHEST COMMUTER AND PEDESTRIAN DENSITY ON THIS ROAD.

THE EDSA SEGMENTS AT KEY INTERSECTIONS THAT HAVE STAGGERING POLLUTION LEVELS. THESE LOCATIONS WERE ALSO CHOSEN FOR THE PECULIAR CHALLENGES THEY POSE TO THE ARTISTS.
